Fortunately for some 2020 hasn't been such a rough year, instead it had its blessings. Enlightened Arlington rap artist Joule$ received his blessing in his recent move to San Diego and awaiting the arrival of his second baby boy. Along with his November release Philosopher Stone, comes the visual for the track, The Light of the Dark.

Sunny Disposition- Real Love

Dallas power trio Sunny Disposition released their latest track, Real Love, on multiple DSP’s. Influences from each band member contributed equal parts to the track to create a feel good song with a reminiscence of 90’s rock with pop punk and reggae/ska elements. “The song was originally influenced by a song I heard on 91.7 Kxt by Frank Turner called “Blackout” and the lyrics just kind of fell out of me”Joshua Smith says, who is the vocals and guitarist. “I had been thinking about Instagram and online dating. What we show our life’s to be and what they really are.” For the drummer Simon, he captured his inspiration from the Spanish rock band Maná and The Police. Vocalist and bassist Sunny tells Bored she gets the vibe of a fusion between The Police and Alkaline Trio. “Maybe because [Alkaline Trio] are my favorite band and we’re a power trio with duo vocals and harmonies.” she says.
