Time Crisis : Denton’s newest Punk/ D-Beat band

In a time period where the world is hysterical and conspiracy theories coming in by the bundles, confusion and frustrations are at a all time high, there’s nothing like new and fresh local music to take the edge off. Enter Time Crisis: Denton, Tx newest punk/ hardcore/ D-beat band

Time Crisis is RAW, like Ice Cube’s “No Vaseline” kind of raw. The demo literally speaks for itself as it enters into the airwaves with a couple of characteristics from the virus itself: fast with pure aggression. As soon as the intro starts the drums began pounding away at a rapid speed and the lead singer yells “TIME CRISIS”, you know you’re in for some hardcore mayhem. The vocal style in Time Crisis is reminiscent to the vocal style of Paul Bearer from Sheer Terror in his prime in my opinion. In a way it gives the band a tougher vibe, a vibe to be taken seriously. Time Crisis cuts straight to the meat and potatoes as the demo contains elements of fast and thick d- beat punk like the Varukers or GBH with the spirit and intimidation of Slapshot’s Old Tyme Hardcore. It’s safe to say that Time Crisis came in right on time as it’s matches our current time.
