Like minded creatives are using their time wisely as their brains are constantly rotating their gears to remain productive. Although, a number of place are open to the public at 25% occupancy, a number of people are still aware and obediently cautious about the rules surround the pandemic crisis. Amongst the local population, individuals like Destinee (@RomiiRae), the founder of Vibes Texas, doesn’t let current affairs confine her from her endeavors.

From as far as I’ve seen, in the past couple months, Destinee has remained a busy body during the thick of things, including her recent relocation to her new apartment. Late last week she launched the Vibes Texas website that she dedicated her time and effort into. The first few things that the site features, as soon as you visit, is the newly released interview of Spike Chester, the West Dallas native and recording artist who released Milk n Honey Deluxe Ep, which features four brand new tracks and remix track, Stunt Double featuring Devy Stonez.

The layout of the site is easy to navigate through; for those who know, including myself, designing a website single- handedly takes up loads of time and can be painfully tedious when you dive right into it. After viewing the front page and noticing the simple form to fill out to subscribe, I dug a little deep to see what else is available. The “About Us” section is always my go-to to check out when I discover a new website, especially in this industry. It gives me insight as to what the particular company is about, thus peaking my interest to reach a little further. I appreciate what Vibes Texas stands for overall: the liberation of art, fashion and music all celebrated on one platform that stands behind its mission to continue use events and local gatherings to promote its birth city.
