Lil $ega brings in the new decade with his solo album “VR”

At the beginning of the new decade, North Texas artist Lil $ega releases his solo album “VR” available on Spotify and SoundCloud.

The ep contains 12 songs and is roughly 22 minutes long. Primarily, what I enjoy about the album  is that $ega stays  true to his creativity and his sense of humor with his comical punchlines. The level of comedy and farce $ega portrays in his music is definitely original. The beats in this ep gives off a lo - fi vibe equipped with various 808 patterns and other audio components that formulate his style of SoundCloud rap.  One of the first few things I noticed was the severe lack of features and it’s pretty refreshing to me. Overall I thoroughly enjoy VR, it showcases $ega’s classic style with a change on tone and tempo in songs like “1993”,  “Fast Af” and “Money Walk”.
