Music Review : Saylør’s ep MØØNBABY
Twitter is such an amazing tool to discovering new music. Recently I’ve become aware of DFW’s songstress Saylør and her ep “MØØNBABY” , available on Spotify.
The ep contains 5 songs and is about 14 mins long. Saylør showscases her vocal talent as the first song plays. “Real 333 Angel” , along with the rest of the ep, is heavily influenced by the contemporary pop genre. The overall vulnerability of the ep sets the mood, matched with her mezzo- soprano vocal range. The additional vocal layer in songs like “Blessed” brings an extra flare to the project. I’m excited to see what her future holds as she perfects her signature sound. Fans of Jhene Aiko, Banks and Ariana Grande will definitely enjoy Saylør.
